The property is located half way up a mountain so you need good tires to make it up the driveway in the wintertime. Naturally, it’s off street parking.

There are front and back decks which are great to study on, especially the back deck which overlooks the woods, but for safety reasons, not too many people can be on the decks at the same time. Years ago we rented to Penn State students and they were the second best students we had in over 40 years.
