I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends July 31. Move in is available when you are. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Washer and dryer located in the apartment. I am willing to negotiate on the rent. There may be another room available in the apartment as well for about the same rent, in case you want to live with a friend. It is a four bedroom and four bath room apartment. Each roommate pays separate rent so you would only be responsible for your own rent for your 1 bedroom and bathroom.
