I am renting out my single room and private bathroom within a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom apartment. It is in The Courtyards, an apartment complex. It is fully furnished, includes a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and a living room. There is a pool and volleyball court in the complex, as well as a fitness room in the Courtyards clubhouse, which the new renter will have access to. Courtyards gives each renter a parking permit for free. I am re-leasing the room from mid-May until the end of July. Due to Courtyards regulations, only undergraduate female University of Maryland students are eligible for this re-lease. Please contact me for more information.
