The apartment is 4 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is fully furnished, includes a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and a living room. There is a pool and volleyball court in the complex, as well as a fitness room in the Courtyards clubhouse, which the new renter will have access to. Courtyards gives each renter a parking permit for free. I am re-leasing my Courtyards apartment from the end of May until the end of July. The rent will be paid for the month of May. Due to Courtyards regulations, only undergraduate University of Maryland students are eligible for this re-lease. Please contact me for more information.
