Large custom built tile shower, central heat and air throughout the apartment, large living and dining room as well as a sunroom and private porch. Fully Furnished! Located in a safe neighborhood close to GCSOM and the local hospitals or other area colleges. Great for students or residents, but open to any responsible renters. Pets are negotiable. Tenants responsible for electricity. Price is $600 per person or $1100 if living alone.
