Its 3 bed 2.5 bath two story single family home built in 2006.
1,600 sqft. There is a one car garage with two car driveway parking in front of the garage.
The back yard is large and awesome !! It’s completely fenced for your privacy. Low maintenance flower beds. There is a lawn mower that comes with the rental.
There is a deck about a foot off the ground with a gazebo and some patio furniture. The furniture can stay at the rental property if you desired.
The 3 bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor along with the 2nd full bath.
The master has large walk in closet and an attached full bath. We have recently tiled all bathrooms and the kitchen.
The bedrooms, living room and dining rooms are carpeted.
If there are pets, we will ask for a non refundable $300.00
There is a full size washer and dryer that will stay with the property at no fee. You will be responsible for all your utilities, water, sewage, power and your Internet and cable. There is cable hookup in the living room and in the 2nd bedroom.
All window blinds will stay. There is a security system connected to the home included in your rent.
Rent is $1,500 a month and will be due the first of every month. Late payment will be penalized. We require that an automatic withdraw from an account be set up to minimize the possibility of a late payment.
We ask that a 1 or 2 year contract be signed with the leasing of this property.
Ending your contract early will forfeit your security deposit of one months rent $1,500.00. We ask that the security deposit be due with the signing of the contract.
We will be living in the area and will be able to take care of any major problems that may go wrong with the house. More in depth details will be in the contract.

Current tenant relocating to New York. There is not a set move in date as of now but they are trying to move as soon as possible.
