I am currently looking for someone to sublet my apartment at Twin River Commons for Spring 2013 (effective January). I have plans to pursue an internship closer to home and would like to move if possible. The apartment is a two bedroom apartment in which you will have your own private bedroom and full sized bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is currently a male roommate occupying the other room. He is fairly quiet and respectful. I’ve never had any problems with him! Everything in the apartment is like brand new since it just opened this fall! It has a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher!! There is also a washer and dryer right in the apartment, so you can do your laundry for free and at your own conveinence! The living room is fully furnished and spacious, with a TV stand, leather couch, and chair. Additionally, all windows open in the apartment. There is also central air and heating as well as hard wood floors throughout the kitchen and living room area. The apartment complex is very secure, with security cameras and schalange access gates surrounding the building. There’s a gym, entertainment lounge, cafe, private courtyard, & tanning salon as well. The office staff is great and will ensure you always feel welcomed!
While there is a parking lot, it is controlled by gate access, and you must purchase a parking pass. However, if you don’t have a car, the BU bus line & OCCT Busline is available right next door at the BU downtown center, which provide continuous buses to and from campus throughout the day. The bus terminal is also a short walk away if you need to catch a greyhound bus or simply need to go grocery shopping, etc.
