The process consists of a landlord reference, income verification, credit report, criminal background, and an eviction search. Once accepted you will have forty- eight (48) hours to bring in the balance of the security deposit to our office and sign your lease or you will forfeit your $80.00 (and any other money paid) and lose the house or apartment.
