Nice two bedrooms available, sharing a bath. Price is 700/month each or y9u can get the two rooms and bath for $1200/month. Utilities are included except water, need to share that bill. There is wireless cable available. No cable TV becuse I do not use it, but if the students want the service I will have it installed. TV is available in the Den and DVD player, for movies. Students can use Kitchen, Living room, Dinig room of the house, not need to be confined inside their rooms. Students must be animal lovers, I have three dogs who hang out everywere in the house, They are not allowed in the rental rooms thoough! They are nice animals, not agressive, easy going and happy, and BIG. This is a drug free, alcohol free, smoke free environment, healthy as best. Please have in mind you can’t do any of those here…
