The apartment comes with it’s own fenced back patio (10×10) along with a separate laundry room for extra storage. It does have a working washer and dryer.
In the front of the apartment there is an enclosed patio (15×11) that faces the ocean along with an outside area to put patio furniture (10×14).
All areas are for your use only and do not have to be shared with anyone, including the laundry room.
