Hello, I have recently remodeled my basement and am looking for upperclassmen or graduate students to lease for $550.00/ month utilities included.
This includes private access, large living and kitchen areas, and shared bathroom.
Since the space is new, I would setup room to your preference in terms of furniture setup and suggested amenities as possible (TV setup, electric scooter, etc.) Deposit is required and must be a student. Private parking in a enclosed lot. This space is 10 minute drive to campus and walking distance to the last stop of bus route 108 (Adelphi). I hope to hear from you! – Fredy
