We have 125 apartments, minutes from Geisinger, U of Scranton and Marywood. All our apartments include ALL utilities (including basic cable and High speed Internet), it includes furniture (couch, queen sized bed, tables etc) and a full kitchen. We have free, off street parking laundry facilities on-site, secure package delivery, key-card access, video surveillance and a fitness center. We are next to Nay Aug Park for hikes and walks.
We have Studios that start at 1000, 1 BR lofts start at 1200 and 2 BRs start at 1400. We will tailor the lease length to your semester when you show us your acceptance letter. The rent listed is rent PER APARTMENT, if you get a roommate there is no increase in price.
Some of our apartments have exterior doors and allow pets, pets are not allowed in the common areas.
