It has a spacious living room and bedroom, two large closets, an eat-in kitchen, and a large secure balcony over the backyard. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Water, sewer and trash removal included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.

We live immediately across the street, so we are invested in the neighborhood, and available to address any concerns or needs, (unlike the out-of-town landlords of many local student rentals.) We are happy to consider pets if you check in with us first.
