Walking distance to university of scranton, close to medical college

Have one and sometimes two bedroom apartments, same building. 1/2 mile from U of S, 3/4 mile from med college, not an apartment building, just a house with three seperate apartments with quiet tenants. I pay water and sewar. You pay all other utilities, heat is electric and turns off in every room. Phone, cable, whatever else is on you.
